Every
Conference needs creative flare, tight budgeting, meticulous organisation
and an eye for detail.
In
the area of conference production, Dan has worked in North America,
Australia, Japan, Far East and extensively around Europe. In his
role as an Event Producer, he has been ultimately responsible
for the delivery of event logistics, staging, audio-visual materials,
video, scripting, scheduling and creative concepts.
The
events he has produced have varied in size from 20 to 2000 delegates.
These events have involved a production period of up to 12months
and budgets in excess of a million pounds. The principle role
of a producer in these types of events is to identify the conference
objectives and act as gatekeeper for these objectives throughout
the production period, while controlling the budget and every
other element that goes to make a great conference.
In
addition to large corporate events, Dan has also been involved
in the creation, development and delivery of presentations for
his favorite charity Save The Children. Working with the Corporate
Department of Save The Children, for 10 years, Dan produced two
events a year for Princess Anne at Buckingham Palace and other
Royal London Locations.
